Delivery Of Order

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you to arrange a refund or exchange.

We do Standard delivery which is a home delivery which is usually made within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. We also do Express delivery which is also a home delivery which is usually made within 1 to 2 Working Days.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.

 

Please note that when an order has been dispatched, a 'dispatch confirmation' email is automatically sent to the customer's email address containing your tracking number if applicable. When we send your dispatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide for UK orders please allow up to 12 hours for your orders information to be visible. For orders to Ireland please allow up to 24 hours. The purpose of this email is to alert customers of imminent delivery so that they can make arrangements to receive the parcel.

If by chance you are not able to receive your order, the delivery driver will normally 'card' your property with details of how to pick the parcel up from the delivery company's local depot. The delivery company may charge Darul kutub for redeliver if you are unable to visit the depot, in which case we reserve the right to ask you to pay the redeliver charge before it is arranged.

5kg - 25kg  £10       

 

We also offer different other options for postage if you wish to have your order early, Special delivery and next day delivery is also available however you will have to inform us if this is what you wish.

International Shipping

​

International Shipping flat rate cost is £12 but cost could vary and we may need to send you a message if cost of shipping goes up. If cost goes up then you will get a message from us with the additional cost and once it has been paid your order will be dispatched.
