The night Journey (al-Isra') of the Prophet Muhammad (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was a journey from Makkah to Jerusalem and was followed by the Heavenly Ascent (al-Mi'raj) which took the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) through the seven Heavens and brought him to the All Mighty Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), the Lord of the Worlds.
