Don't Delay Your Nikah
arriage plays an important role in our lives. It is a commemoration of the union of two strangers who will spend the rest of their remaining lives with one another. Marriage ought to transpire comfort and tranquillity whereby the couple share one another's sorrow and happiness. In order to commemorate the lawfully wedded couple, the Islamic tradition and the practice of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) is to conduct a marriage feast, Walimah. Islam teaches us that Nikah should always be simple as possible. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, "The most blessed marriage is that in where the least expenditure is made." (Baihaqi)
It is strongly recommended that our brothers and sisters read and benefit from this book and try to implement it into our lives in order to once more revive the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) on such occasions and repel the prevalent sins and baseless customs.
