The Six Books and the Six Mother Books are two terms used to describe the six most famous books of hadith for Muslims (Ahl al-Sunna wal-Jama’ah). They were originally five books, until ibn Majah’s book was added, making them known as the Six Books. Supervised and reviewed by Shaykh Saleh ibn Abdel Azeez ibn Muhammad ibn Ibraheem Aal al-Shaykh. كتب الحديث الستة أو الكتب الستة، أو كتب الأمهات الست، هو مصطلح يطلق على ستة كتب حديث عند علماء أهل السنة والجماعة. كانت خمسة، فألحق بها كتاب ابن ماجه فأصبحت تعرف بالكتب الستة صحيح البخاري صحيح مسلم جامع الترمذي سنن أبي داوود سنن النسائي الصغرى سنن ابن ماجة طبعة مصححة و مرقمة و مرتبة حسب المعجم المفهرس و تحفة الأشراف و مأخوذة من أصح النسخ و مذيلة بفهارس لتراجم الأبواب من قبل بعض طلبة العلم إشراف و مراجعة فضيلة الشيخ صالح بن عبد العزيز بن محمد بن إبراهيم ال الشيخ
