One of the best books written on the adabs of 'Arabic language and phrases. Written by the 18th century scholar Muhammad I'zaz with extensive notes as well as ta'liqat by the author himself. This is one of the unique books that explain the simplicity of 'Arabic phrases and lines which contain broad meanings. 

 

The Shaykh explains these terms so as to educate the students about the adabs and learning values that connect them to the salaf of the Ummah. The author also explains the words that contain in those stories which are hard to understand. He also mentions a brief biography of each individual mentioned in the stories.

About The Author

He is Al-Shaykh, Al-Fadil Muhammad I'zaz 'Aliy Bin Muhammed Mazaj 'Aliy Bin Hassan 'Aliy Bin Khayrullah Al-Amruhawi from the kambuh tribes of Badayun where he was born in 1300 AH. He studies Qur'an with Shaykh Qutub Ad-Deen and he memorised the Qur'an with Sharafudeen Khan. He studied the basic books with his father in the Farsi and Urdu languages. 

Then he and his father travelled to various places to take knowledge from various scholars of the time where they finally cme to Deoband and he studied the 'Hidayah' at the Deoband University with Mudir Muhammad Ahmed and Mandiq with Shaykh Muhammad Suhul. 

Then he went on to travel and studied Hadith, 'Aqaid with 'Abdulmu'min Al-Deobandi as well as Usul and 'Urudh with Ustadh Muhammad 'Ashiq Ilahi. Then he went back to deoband where he studied Tafsir, usulu Tafsir and various Hadith books. He passed away 13th of Rajab in 1374 AH.
